Returns & Exchanges

• Timeframe: You may return your item within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
• Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@whisperingwix.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
2. Pack Securely: After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to the provided address. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds & Processing

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will approve the refund or exchange.
• Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange is complete.

Damaged or Defective Products
