Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow for additional processing time around major sales and during the holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Currently we ship within the U.S only.

Shipping will take place 3-5 business days after the 48-72 hour processing time. We always do our absolute best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact us at info@whisperingwix.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

Please note: Any orders returned to Whispering Wix due to the incorrect shipping address, the customer will pay additional shipping charges. No Refunds. We ask that you please take your time at the checkout to ensure all information is correct.
