Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Please note that during major sales events and holiday seasons, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Times

  • Currently, we only ship within the U.S..
  • After the 48-72 hour processing period, your order will typically ship within 3-5 business days.
  • While we do our best to meet these shipping estimates, please note that shipping times can vary based on the postal service and external factors. Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we have no control over the delivery time.

We are not liable for any delays, reroutes, or failed deliveries once the package is in the possession of the postal service. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your package, please reach out to us at info@whisperingwix.com, and we will assist you as best we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in such cases.
