Candle & Wax Melt Care (Usage Directions)
Candle Care
- Always trim your wick to 1/4" before you light. Never leave the trimmed wick, matches, or other impurities in the wax pool.
- Only burn your candle for 1 - 4 hours in one burning period.
- Make sure your candle is not near blowing vents or under ceiling fans.
- If the flame is burning too high, smoking, or flickering, then extinguish the candle.
- Keep out of reach of children, pets, and do not leave unattended.
Wax Melt Care
- Break off 1-2 wax cubes (depends on the size of your warmer) and place in your electric or tea light warmer. Be sure to close wax melt package back so the remaining/unused cubes stay fresh and scented.
- Never use cleaning products on the wax warmer as the chemicals may release harmful gasses when warmed.
- To remove wax from the warmer wait until it has cooled and simply use your hand to pop it out of the warmer dish (this can be reused as long as the scent is still present and kept in a sealed package) . Alternatively, you can also clean out the wax by turning off the warmer and immediately adding cotton balls to soak up the wax while it is still liquid.
- Keep wax cubes and warmer out of reach of children, pets, and do not leave unattended.
